High school diploma or equivalent and additional experience in information systems, computer operations, systems analysis, or a related technical field may substitute for the required education on an equivalent year for year basis. Required Experience: Five (5) years of systems analysis, network administration, programming, or other related experience, including three (3) of experience designing and developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Three (3) years in administering SharePoint On-Premises or SharePoint Online content, Design, and fundamentals including out of the box web parts, lists, content types, workflows, templates, and forms. Experience may be concurrent. KNOWLEDGE OF: The practices, principles, and techniques of web design, web technologies, network management, and computer operations. Development and architecture experience using Microsoft Power Platform Knowledge and working experience with the following applications: PowerShell, MS Power Automate (Flow), K2 Five, Microsoft SQL Server, PowerBI, MS Graph, Canvas Apps Data Migration tools Sharegate, Quest, or Metalogix. Knowledge of Azure or AWS Cloud technologies System requirements analysis and management, software testing, and services-oriented architecture UI/UX best practices. Center of Excellence best practices Retention and Sensitivity labels Certification in SharePoint Administration. Power Platform certifications Skill in: Providing effective customer service. Time management in order to complete multiple assignments within designated deadlines with acceptable work quality. Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Analyzing problems and devising innovative and effective solutions, evaluating information and business processes, and drawing logical conclusions. Communicating complex technical information to people of all levels of technical knowledge. Planning, organizing, and coordinating work to effectively meet frequent and/or multiple deadlines; handling multiple tasks simultaneously; and managing conflicting priorities and demands Ability to: Work independently on multiple complex assignments.
