Develop front-end capabilities for both existing and new applications, addressing user requirements. Collaborate with team members and product owners to refine backlogs of epics and stories for upcoming development sprints. Engage with the organization's Communities of Practice to establish influential working relationships, fostering professional growth. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent job experience. At least 2 years of experience in Application Delivery and Software Development. Proficiency in Angular (version 13-14), RxJS, Bootstrap, Materialize CSS frameworks. Experience with Gitlab/AWS CodeCommit. Fundamental knowledge of Automated Testing, Test-driven Development, debugging, troubleshooting, and code/automation optimization. Leadership mindset, demonstrating ownership for team deliverables and embracing company Operating Principles related to trust, organizational growth, team building, and performance. Willingness to engage in Pair Programming when applicable. Strong communication skills, fostering healthy dialogue within team settings.
