Lead the migration and transition strategies from on-premise to AEM as a Cloud Service. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into scalable and sustainable technical architectures. Manage the development and maintenance of AEM templates, components, and workflows. Configure and maintain AEM dispatcher for caching, load balancing and security. Oversee integration with CDN and Edge delivery services for optimized content delivery. Ensure high availability, performance, compliance, and security in AEM implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other systems and technologies. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in AEM. In-depth knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service and on-premise installations. Proficient in AEM foundational concepts, CRX repository, JCR, OSGi framework, and AEM building blocks. Experience in setting up and configuring AEM dispatcher. Knowledge of CDN and Edge delivery mechanisms and their integration with AEM. Strong skills in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend languages (Java, J2EE). Proven experience in integrating AEM with other Adobe product suites such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
