Deploy and configure IT assets according to organizational standards and user requirements. Monitor software license compliance and optimize license utilization. Coordinate maintenance, support, and issue resolution for IT assets. Provision managed workspaces for end-users, ensuring proper setup and configuration. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for managed workspaces. Optimize managed workspaces to improve user experience and productivity. Develop and deliver user training and documentation for managed workspaces. Ensure workspace security and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
