Need two Reference Consultant has worked on Oracle HCM implementations with 10 plus years of experience. Brings extensive knowledge on configuring Payroll elements and should have hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll module including Payroll Processing Payroll GL/Costing and Payroll Taxation. Assisted with data conversion from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM Cloud. Following are the key areas the candidate should bring experience and expertise to assist the Payroll Technology team. bull Worked in Oracle Cloud methodologies and experience in creating new enhance and troubleshoot components/tools such as Fast Formulas HCM Extract OTBI BI Publisher PL-SQL and OIC. bull Solid understanding of configuring Payroll foundational components and elements. bull Solid knowledge of on-cycle and off-cycle payroll process flows taxation costing and creation of third-party files. bull Solid knowledge of loading data using HDL and HSDL loaders for Payroll related items. bull Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and user understanding of the system to Payroll Technology Team. bull Working knowledge of Oracle FAW is a plus.
