Job Description:
System Administration
 Collaborates with the lead administrator and team to design, support,configure, and maintain ECS Systems.
 Performs implementation and testing of new software products, tools, orsystems and for resolution of any adaptation issues.
 Designs and supports integrations of 3rd party systems with K2, ServiceNow,and SharePoint.
 Provides upper-level operational support of the ECS systems and services andhandles escalations for SharePoint, Power Platform, Records retention, K2 Five,and ServiceNow.
 Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues related to SharePoint, K2 Five,ServiceNow, and other systems.
 Administration of the existing SharePoint environment, including monitoring,troubleshooting, performance analysis, and storage capacity requirements; andmaintains system stability, availability, security, and audit requests.
 Administration of ServiceNow environment including monitoring, maintainingsystem stability, availability, security, and audit requests.
 Maintains CMDB (Configuration Management Database) integrations withServiceNow.
 Supports DevOps integration with ServiceNow.
 Performs systems upgrades and patches to maintain version support andsecurity.

Preferred Qualifications
 Knowledge and workingexperience with the following applications: PowerShell, MS Power Automate(Flow), K2 Five, Microsoft SQL Server, PowerBI, PowerApps, MS Graph,ServiceNow, SharePoint OnPrem server support, SharePoint Online, MicrosoftSyntex, LeanIX, and Confluence.
 Experience with SaaS and PaaS design and support.
 Experience with ITIL methodologies, practices, systems administration anddesign.
 Understanding of Project Management process like Agile and Scrum Methodology.
