Project Scope Summary: 1. Application build and maintenance Ambulatory and MyChart 2. Change Management (includes migration of their build across environments) 3. Test build owned by the Application Specialist 4. Partner with Physicians across workflow modification requests, requirement gathering. Support needs 5. Documentation of build in Epic and ITSM tools like ServiceNow 6. Incident/ Break fix resolution for build owned by the Application Specialist Examples of Duties: Application build and maintenance Ambulatory and MyChart Change Management ( includes migration of their build across environments) Test build owned by the Application Specialist Partner with Physicians across workflow modification requests, requirement gathering. Support needs Documentation of build Incident/ Break fix resolution for build owned by the Application Specialist Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Need Intermediate level analyst (Will not be engaged in implementation) Exceptional Communication skills, problem solving, accountability.
