They are going to be working in a GXP Validated environment and must be familiar with that in addition to FDA Regulations. 1 Test Lead Lead the effort. Lead the creation of test cases. Lead the automation testing effort in a reproducible way (and not manual testing). Lead in the creation of a deliverable of an automated test suite. Not just a manager of a junior resource. This role needs to be someone who is ready, willing and able to roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty and perform testing. 1 Junior Tester Follow the lead of the lead tester. Have the ability to create test cases. Carry out automated testing with the automated software testing tool. Resources must have experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment. Must have experience in a GXP validated environment. Must be able to create test cases and tie them back to functional requirements (by requirement number) in the Functional Requirement Specification and in the process creating a traceability matrix. Use of an automated testing tool (like Selenium or equivalent) required. No or very little un-reproducible (manual) testing should be included in the project. Agile/Scrum methodology experience required. Must be embedded in the development team sprints. Work items in a sprint will be coded and tested within a sprint whenever possible. Test cases and automated tests should be produced incrementally in each sprint as features are built. Work items will be managed in Azure DevOps Boards, and having experience in Boards is a plus. Knowledge of testing cloud-based web apps required, preferably in MS Azure. .net experience a major plus Deliverables A traceability matrix must be a producible by-product of the testing process as evidence of GMP compliance.
