Role: SFCC Full Stack-Front End Lead (with Support Role Experience) Experience: 10+ Years Location: North Carolina or the Raleigh area (Hybrid position) Duration: Long Term . Job Summary: Lead Front-End Development: Take ownership of the front-end development process, ensuring high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and efficient collaboration with the development team. SFCC Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, particularly in the front-end development aspects. Stay updated on the latest SFCC features and updates. Application Maintenance: Proactively identify and address issues related to application stability, performance, and security. Implement bug fixes and enhancements as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Onshore-offshore Cordination. Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement front-end performance optimization techniques to enhance the user experience. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for front-end development processes, code structures, and configurations. Qualification: Technical Skills: Proficient in SFCC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery. Experience with server-side JavaScript (Node.js) is a plus. Understanding of SFRA architecture components, including proficiency in ViewModels and Controllers and Vue Storefront Proficient in using SFCC Script, developing and testing SFCC REST APIs Knowledge of Salesforce Page Designer and NodeJS framework. Designing, developing, and consuming Salesforce APIs, including REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs. Experience in multi-site and multi-country SFCC implementations. At least 2 years of Java or JavaScript experience and knowledge of object-oriented programming and relational databases are common prerequisites. Experience with XML data import/export and working knowledge of UX Studio are also preferred. Understanding commerce processes such as returns, adjustments, replacements, payment capture, fulfillment, and inventory management. Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading front-end development teams. Ability to guide and mentor junior developers. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: SFCC Developer certification is highly desirable.
