QA Program Manager Consultant (Health care )Remote USA LinkedIn Mandatory Experience 10 Yrs C2C or W2 Visa: GC USC H1B H4 EAD GC EAD with Passport number. Need Consultant for Program Manager development plans, transformation assessment with QA Experience Experienced working in multiple QA projects/programs for big enterprises Should have independently handled QA transformation and/or QA implementation programs for multiple customers Beyond delivery, should have experience in auditing and providing consultancy for QA projects / programs Deep understanding of the QA processes, QA teams and strategies Good interpersonal skills to develop rapport with the customer and ensure seamless delivery from the team Responsibilities Work with the customer to understand the current QA Process, SDLC, QA team & skills Identify current gaps / improvement areas in the current QA process & team structure Setup an QA strategy / Transformation plan to close the gaps identified by working with the QA Architect Identify the QA headcount and skill requirement of the project, onboard the right candidates Work with the QA teams, educate them on the QA transformation steps and ensure successful transformation. Work with test data management, Environment management, NFR teams to ensure their support needed for QA is streamlined and made efficient. Track improvements and keep the stakeholders updated with the progress.
