Job Title: Technical Product manager Location: Remote Type: C2C Summary: In this role. you will be responsible for specific services. functions. and solutions available internally or as a supporting element of Data and Client Engineering. You will play a critical role in the ability to deliver client data to downstream products and help manage internal business functions. Your role requires alignment to business and or product strategy. effective design and development. and ongoing management of capability portfolio across the full lifecycle to ensure business specific or cross enterprise impact. Primary Responsibilities: Defines and supports cross portfolio initiatives and capabilities from specific business problems market needs. all initiatives tracked. Drives creation of strategic themes (capabilities) to define and roadmap long running initiatives. Work with all levels of the business. Ensuring IT deliverables align with business requirements. Ability to work across multiple products to identify synergies. Act as the liaison between Business. Engineering Teams and project management groups. Lead and mentor other Product Owners Product Managers. Qualifications External: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Required Qualifications. 5 or more years of product management. product development. product strategy or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of product development process. experience with requirements management. project management. and complex projects and activities. Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision and drive results with disciplined follow though. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others. Demonstrated ability to identify. investigate. solve. and implement solutions to issues. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align people. strategies and recommendations with business objectives. Experience in delivery of software solutions. Working knowledge of databases. database structures. xml. JSon. Experience using data to support sound business decisions across teams and management. Strong analytic. quantitative and problem-solving skills. Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an ambiguous and matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare experience. Experience working with test plans and test cases. Cloud experience.
