Durtion:6+ months Job Description: Refer to the State contracts for IT Professional Services Agreement (12PSX0251) for experience and skill requirements for the job classification Business Analyst to fill the role. In addition, the agency requires: A minimum of 5 years experience demonstrating the following knowledge and skills: 1. Extensive experience and knowledge of Child Welfare, Business Process Mapping, SACWIS, Data Quality, Federal regulations and State regulations. 2. Experience with working with high-level internal and external agency's management. 3. Experience with DCF Development Practices and Methodology. 4. Experience with Lean and Agile methodologies 5. Understanding of the technical and business interdependencies that will exist between the legacy system and the modernized and upgraded application 6. Understanding of legacy Batch systems 7. Experience in the creation of detailed business requirements and business processes to meet the requirements of the next generation CCWIS application 8. Experience with Data Quality and planning and testing of automated CCWIS processes. 9.
