Looking for candidates who have worked with larger MES(Manufacturing Execution Systems) products and have previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. Candidates must be willing to go onsite 3 times a week in Rahway, NJ. Contract Description Primarily responsible to support MES (manufacturing execution systems) systems at client sites ensuring system availability, performance and reliability. Respond Promptly to client requests, troubleshooting and resolving tech issues. Provide end use training and support ensuring clients are proficient in utilizing MES technologies Participate in project planning and execution including system upgrades, deployments, and integrations. Collaborate with Technical Teams to deliver high quality solutions, following best practices and standards Perform system diagnosis,testing, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Conduct root cause analysis of system failures, malfunctions, and implement appropriate corrective action Manage system documentation, including system configuration, technical specifications and user manuals. Stay up to date on industry trends and MES technologies to provide proactive recommendations and solutions Qualifications Experience in supporting MES. Solid understanding of MES technologies such as SCADA, HMI, PLC and data historians Proficiency in programming languages, database systems, and web technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically under pressure.
