Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical field. Experience: 10 years + of experience in application development activities, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation with emphasis on Salesforce, Force.com, object-oriented programming, and Client Server technologies. Preferred Education/Experience: Experience in the Salesforce declarative environment; hands-on Salesforce configuration experience; experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs Force.com, SOAP, REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API; salesforce developer or admin track certifications; experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and Oracle is preferable; experience with Agile development; document application specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements; develop and code solutions to specifications; lead design sessions, identify and implement appropriate testing strategies; execute all steps required to deploy the application solution; identify gaps between current and desired states, propose solutions and implement them.
