Position: Viewpoint Applications Manager-e first 2-3 weeks in Phoenix, AZ After that 100% Remote Location: first 2-3 weeks in Phoenix, AZ After that 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Month Job Description. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Work Experience Accredited bachelors degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Previous Viewpoint work experience and/or professional certification is required. Minimum of three (3) years IT experience at a managerial level. Vendor management experience is a plus. Collaborative, detail-oriented and accustomed to directly supporting end-users. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills required. Strong computer, written and verbal skills required. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite including MS 365; SharePoint and SQL knowledge is a bonus. Must have technical writing skills. Construction industry experience is required. Additional ERP experience is a plus. Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
