Test Planning Test cases planning to ensure adequate coverage of scenarios Test Data planning Test Scheduling considering all factors ( Overall schedule responsibility ) Daily run rate planning Team Capacity Planning to ensure workload leveling Dependency planning for test execution Test Execution Track and report Actual Vs planned Run rate Ensure daily Reporting with planned Vs actual run rate, defects, highlight impediments Defects triaging especially when teams outside squad is involved Drive Defect closure, by actively coordinating across teams. Publish ageing, burn down reports.
