Effectively leading teams and mentoring junior software engineers. Technical Skills: Expertise in: Domain Driven Design and application via modern microserve-based architecture; SQL and/or NoSQL data stores; code review and acceptance processes to improve code quality; Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques; TFS, AzureDevOps, Visual Studio 2017 or 2019, and Git repository; Containerization technology (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration); and, Cloud architectures and services (AWS, Google, Azure). Solid understanding of security issues and defensive programming techniques. Demonstrated ability to translate written requirements into technical design specifications. Certifications: AWS, Google, and/or Azure preferred. Reasoning Ability: Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where some limited standardization exists.
