Job Title:: Workday Payroll Senior Consultant

Location:: Remote

Duration:: 12+ Months with possible extn

Responsibilities
:

Configuration Expertise:

             Configure the Workday HCM and Payroll modules, ensuring accurate setup to meet payroll processing requirements, taxation rules, and company policies.

             Act as a Subject Matter Expert during Workday implementation, providing valuable insights into configuration best practices.

Module Development and Management:

             Develop, deploy, and manage business processes and configurations within various Workday modules, including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence, and associated policies and procedures.

             Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize Workday setup, meeting client requirements and supporting cross-functional projects.

Support and Guidance:

             Provide support, development, and guidance to HR and other departments within the organization, aligning configurations with business needs.

             Support cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives by leveraging Workday capabilities.

Collaboration and Documentation:

             Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize Workday setup, meeting client requirements.

             Conduct regular HR data reconciliations and audits to ensure data integrity.

             Create and update functional and technical system documentation.

API and ISU Accounts:

             Assist in maintaining API and ISU accounts, configuring Workday in line with HR policies.

             Identify and recommend release features to enhance the Workday ecosystem.

System Development Lifecycle:

             Develop and implement configurations in the Workday HCM module using system development lifecycle processes and best practices.

             Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.

Testing Leadership:

             Lead and manage payroll testing efforts, including the design and execution of test scenarios, scripts, and cases.

             Ensure comprehensive testing to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of Workday configurations.

Qualifications:

             Bachelors degree in a related field.

             Proven experience as a Workday Consultant with a focus on HCM and Payroll modules.

             In-depth knowledge of Workday configuration and implementation best practices.

             Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll processing requirements, and taxation rules.

             Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects.

             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

             Ability to lead and manage testing efforts effectively.
