This person should be ITIL v4 certified and have real world experience assessing and implementing Service Catalog, Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release management at a minimum. ITSM would utilize this resource to evaluate existing processes, identify gaps in workflow and process and provide relevant recommendations for improvement.
