Candidate will be expected to visit other various Court locations within Sacramento County as needed. Must have Previous Government experience Mandatory Skills: 1. 3+ years of application packaging experience 2. Strong proficiency experience creating Windows 10 software installation and removal packages 3. Knowledge and experience operating in a virtual desktop environment, VMware preferred 4. Knowledge and experiencing Managing and Administering Windows Servers 5. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems 6. Ability to create customer scripts (VB or PowerShell) and utilities 7. Knowledge and experience of Windows Software Update Services (WSUS) to manage and maintain Microsoft patches 8. Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and client server application 9. Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies 10. Strong customer service skills 11. Previous Government experience Desirable Skills: 1. Knowledge of VMware VCenter applications 2. Knowledge of deployment technologies like SCCM, Endpoint Manager, Intune 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create support documentation, end user instructions and/IT policies 5.
