Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is beneficial. Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, deliverables, and expectations. Team Management: Lead and mentor a technical team, including systems administrators and engineers, ensuring that they meet project goals and deadlines. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their technical skills and performance. Technical Expertise: Having understanding of the following technologies: Windows server patching, Azure cloud services, end user compute patching, Tanium administration, and Active Directory.
