Content Management System or Document Management System experience such as Pega or other CMS/DMS. Proficient in OnBase Workflow and Work View development with an ability to create solutions to meet complex client needs. Previous experience with Nautilus Efficiency Manager Workflow/Work View templates is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead projects as a consultant and perform complex analysis of business goals, objectives, and requirements to ensure they can take the business requirements and successfully configure the Clients Nautilus solution effectively. Demonstrated ability to work with clients to analyse and understand current business processes and recommend process improvements. Proven capability to collaborate with client as well as internal teams to define software deployment and configuration strategy that aligns with the clients business objectives. Demonstrated expertise and capability to prepare comprehensive training materials and facilitate onsite or remote training sessions to clients project team and end users. Ability to successfully interact with the clients resources while representing the client as the Nautilus processing business subject matter expert. Proficiency with Microsoft tools/products: Outlook, Word, Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, Project, SharePoint. Ability to learn key aspects of various Client software applications to advise Clients effectively. Familiarity with budgeting, profitability or forecasting processes within a financial institution, bank, or credit union.
