Time Zone: US based, CST preferred Location: Remote Employment: Contract Role Description & Requirements: Previous PSO CCAI Dialogflow CX project experience is preferred but not required (internal references will be requested). CCAI (Contact Center AI) Conversational Architect with expertise in Google Dialogflow CX for chat and voice. Lead the design and architecture of conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX to meet business objectives and customer needs for defined use cases. Lead design sessions with customer and cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to define and refine conversational AI requirements. Develop and deploy conversational AI Dialogflow CX models including intents, entities, and integrations in a GCP environment.
