Experience translating and converting technical documentation into easy-to-understand terms. Experience translating information and liaising with both engineers and project teams. Experience with legacy technologies as it relates to servers and architectures Thorough understanding of data sharing / transferring protocols (CIFS share / NFS share / iSCSI / fibre channel (FC) networking / how does storage area network and client server communicate) Thorough understanding of networking, server / client server communications, storage area networks, how a system works from the end-user back to data center.
