Education and Experience 910 years experience must have strong technical skills in MS Dynamics 365 and earlier with an online & on-premises environment. Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration. Experience in Workflows, JavaScripts, Plugins, Form Customization, Console jobs and CRM Administration. Experience or knowledge in front end technologies (HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT, jQuery, AngularJS. Experience in MS CRM & 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools (Kingsway soft) / APIs (REST, ODATA Web API's) /SSIS packages. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage (experience migrating Dynamics and USD configs from environment to environment would be awesome). Hands on experience in C#.Net, Java Script, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit. Strong Experience in designing Security model and Out of the Box Configurations. Demonstrated experience in Unified Service Desk customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage. SQL Server development experience and SSRS/SSIS design, development experience implementing data tier components & services. Experience in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal approaches. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Data migration. CICD. API integration. Architecture. CRM Development Custom Entities, Plugins, Workflows, JS for validation. Power automates. CRM Customization. Security. knowledge in Omnichannel Customer Service workspaces.
