Policy Development&Maintenance:Collaborate with key stakeholders to draft, review,andupdatesecurityandGRC-related policiesandprocedures. Incident Response:Participate in incident response planningandexecution. Analyzesecuritybreaches to identify root causeandrecommend corrective actions. ComplianceAudits:Assist in the preparationandcoordination of internalandexternalcomplianceaudits. Manage evidence collection. Address findingsandcoordinate remediation efforts. SecurityAwareness&Training:Contribute to the designanddelivery ofsecurityawareness programs for staff. Technical Solutions:Evaluate, recommend, approve,andimplementsecuritytoolsandsolutions in line with the companys needs, architecture,andestablished patterns. Continuous Monitoring:Monitorsecurityaccessandfirewall logs, investigate anomalies,andescalatesecurityincidents. Reporting:Generate regularsecurityandGRC reports for senior management, highlighting trends, risks,andrecommendations. Collaboration:Work closely with IT, legal,andother departments to ensure alignedsecurityandcomplianceefforts. Vendor Management: Assists with vendorsecurityreviews with asecurity, privacyandcompliancelens. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in informationsecurityandGRC roles. Relevant certifications are a plus, such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CISM. Must demonstrate initiativeandability to drive results with little oversight. Must demonstrate strong writtenandverbal communication skillsandconsistent follow-through in all efforts. Demonstrated knowledge of risks management, including analysis of threatsandvulnerabilities, control suitability, corrective actions,andmonitoring Practical experience with risk assessment toolsandmethodologies. Strong writtenandverbal communication skills, with a track record of developingandmaintaining risk-related policies. Familiarity with globalandregional regulations,andability to translate them into internal policies. Proven ability to respond toandresolve incidents quicklyandeffectively. Experience with incident analysis, resolution procedures,andrelated tools. Hands-on experience in conductingandmanaginomplianceaudits of standards, frameworks, audit methodologiesandbest practices (e.g. NIST, CIS, PCI, HITECH, ISO 27001/2, SOC1, SOC2) Experience with designandimplementation of riskandsecuritytraining programs. Proficiency in assessing, selecting, deploying,andmanaging technologiesandsolutions. Experience in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, P, Azure). Experience with commonsecuritytoolsandsolutions (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, CSPM, SSPM). Track record of generating detailed risk reports that offer valuable insightsandactionable recommendations. Analytical mindsetandability to derive meaningful conclusions from complex data sets. Demonstrated collaborative skills with a history of working effectively across diverse teams to ensure a cohesive approach tosecurity, risk managementandcompliance. Familiar with foundational elements of software developmentandcloud computingandstandard approaches to securing them. Project management skills to drive initiatives from start to finish, managing aspects of design, delivery,andcontrol.
