Able to translate business requirements to technical solutions. Experience in Workday Production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives. Detailed Job Description. This configurator position will support Security and Access processes for HR. The position will provide ongoing Workday Security & Access Administration and design/deliver/test configuration changes for HR Operations. The resource must have Workday Security and Access experience and knowledge to maintain Workday Security and Administration functions and processes for the Bank, which include Workday access management reviews, Cyber controls and monitoring, SOX compliance processes, and design/testing/delivery of Workday Security configuration changes. These tasks require a highly specialized skillset and expertise. This position is required to remediate potential compliance issues associated with this critical technology role. The top 3 responsibilities would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute: Proficient in Implementing IT/business Solution in Workday HCM building Workday security configurations, Integrations, Reports, Customization of Business process utilizing native Workday tools. Experience in troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes Develop and document technical specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions. Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions.
