| Hi, Please find job description below; Visas: GC or US Citizen Only Excellent comm skills LOCALS ARE NEEDED HERE Prior Communication experience will be a huge plus here Need Local to MO Only Title: Test Lead Location: Saint Louiscandidates LOCAL ONLY Duration: 6-12 month contract to start Interview: Video Typical day in the role/task breakdown %: o Responsible for analyzing requirement documents and design test cases by using different Test Design techniques. -10% o To work closely with Development team to understand the design document and also work closely with designers to clarify ambiguities. -10% o The role requires to work with offshore team, in providing updates, clarifying any questions, get status from offshore team and to resolve any roadblocks. - 10% o Also responsible to send daily status reports to all project stakeholders. -20% o Responsible to identify any risks and mitigate the risks. 10% o The role requires good knowledge of Cable domain, with CSG billing system experience.20% o Attending Stand Up Calls - 10% o Interacting with the external team like PMO, Dev , Temp Dev and BA - 10% o Preparation of status reports for all stakeholders - 10% o Planning and assigning the team members tasks for the day - 10% Your Team Overview/ Department: UCC application uses the AWS architecture and workflow for sending out comms to Customer in form of Emails, SMS and Auto Call for multiple campaigns (Payment Due, Statement Ready, Order Confirmation, etc.) Story behind the need/key projects: QA Lead for Order Confirmation QA track has been transitioned to separate team. Position needed for QA Lead capable of leading the entire Order Confirmation QA team while interacting with the Business , Project Management team, allocating tasks to onshore and offshore team members with a good working knowledge of systems like Agent OS, SXAPI, MSA , UCC Hub Platform and CSG Billing systems.
