We have teams on every campus and provide around-the-clock technology support for the Colleges community. This work will be performed onsite and includes but not limited to. Will include unboxing, unpacking, and imaging new computers. Deprovisioning old computers, wiping hard drives, archiving in the inventory console. Moving deprovisioned computers to designated pallets for surplus. Data jack inventory and collection related to office moves and computer renaming. Scheduling time when the client is not present, renaming via windows setting based on a standard naming convention and new location. General administrative support for customer appointment scheduling for computer replacement. Virtual desktop consulting and implementation support. Cloud-based endpoint management consulting, Intune policy, and Amazon/Azure Virtual Desktop engineering/support.
