| Title: Energy / Grid Project Manager (Client is Looking Only Local Candidates) Location: Austin, Texas Mode: Hybrid Exp: Minimum 8-9+ Years Must Duration - 12 months contract Interview process- Phone and video Visa - All visas are workable except CPT, OPT, and H1B Note: No PMP or State Project Experience Required. Client Expectation: Candidate Must Have Familiarity with ERCOT Or GRID Related Projects ( ERCOT: Electric Reliability Council of Texas ) Client Will Give High Preference For Candidate who Deals Project with Energy Based Client Candidates Must AWARE of Texas Standard Electronic Transaction Guides ( Texas SET ) SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 1. 3- 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. 2. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 3. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative, independent judgment, and creativity in completing projects with a clear start and stop date. 4. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive broad-based information systems, system integration and project delivery experience. 5. Experience working with external vendors and/or Quality Assurance efforts. 6. Familiarity working with AE network operations center (NOC) and generation management systems (GMS) in interconnecting resources behind the meter and in front of the meter with the ERCOT grid. 7. Understands communication protocols for metering and telemetry such as Texas SET/Load Star Exports. 8. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of interconnection of distributed resources to ERCOT. 9. Familiar with Inter -Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP).
