Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance. Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating best practices into the development process. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-4 years of professional experience as a Scala Developer. Strong proficiency in Scala programming language. Experience in the Finance domain is highly desirable. Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. Familiarity with distributed computing, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs. Experience with relevant tools and frameworks (e.g., Akka, Play Framework, SBT). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
