As a member of our organization, you will assist us in crafting products that will delight, inspire and empower thousands of people. why this role is important to us: The Business Experience Designer will explore the viability of new concepts or improvements to existing products or services. In this role, you ll have the opportunity to help build new business and operating models. You'll work with the team to understand the client context, collect and interpret relevant data, develop insights, explore growth opportunities and strategy, create design, communicate the vision, and ultimately help our clients bring new concepts to life through a human-centered design and development process. once here, you will: Design, run, and measure experiments to inspire and improve new concepts or models. Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, program managers, software engineers and data scientists, to take on complex challenges and build intuitive experiences that make users lives easier and deliver HCL s best work. Advocate for customer experience design through rich journey mapping and use these to inspire and create new business and operational models that enhance and extend consumer experiences. Design new or improve existing business models that enhance or extend customer experiences while creating new opportunities for revenue. Create compelling new value propositions for customers. Help clients identify and develop new growth options within existing brands or product lines. -Evangelize for how designing new products and services can drive strategic growth for our clients. Lead a team of multidisciplinary designers (Interaction, Communication, Industrial, etc.) and partner with clients to bring concepts and products to life and to market. Be comfortable navigating end-to-end product life cycles, business model design, market analysis, financial modeling, implementation and development. Create financial models to explore the business model possibilities behind design concepts, and shape and influence their design. Prototype and pilot actual concepts or user cases with concepts to build confidence in the business model. Rethink and reimagine process-centric innovation to better operationalize and standardize into being more agile and lean to create sustainable new growth for companies. Design organizational structures and strategic assets to help companies support new offers and drive innovation. Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities and to help identify and prioritize their near- and long-term goals. Demonstrate relentless attention to detail and advocate for world-class high standards and design aesthetic.
