Please ensure that people have at least 3-5 years of Recon experience either in Tech or in Business. Detailed JD here: Assess innovation opportunities. Identify new sources of growth, including new value propositions. Optimize business and operating models. Simplify organizational structures. Create industrial-strength franchise processes. Collaborate with business and function managers to identify significant opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. Develop compelling executive presentations that recommend and persuade specific courses of action for decision makers. Develop and maintain rigorous project plans and manage tactical project needs, including resource requirements, relationship management, and task management. Develop and share best practices and lessons learned across the enterprise. Formulate hypotheses and identify actionable insights that challenge the status quo. To act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, analyze and document business requirements, suggest design solutions to the assigned project team as per the business requirement. (1.)
