Responsibilities: 1.Program Management: Lead the SAP Global Template Program, ensuring successful implementation of SAP standards and best practices. Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones to meet project objectives. Drive the project through its entire lifecycle, from planning to deployment. 2.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Communicate effectively to gain buy-in from stakeholders at various levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals. 3.Configuration and Standardization: Utilize SAP standards and best practices to configure and standardize Fab templates. Ensure alignment with the company's business objectives and requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. 4.Global Experience: Leverage experience working on a global scale to navigate cross-cultural and regional differences. Coordinate activities with teams located in different time zones. Demonstrate flexibility to work different time zones when required. 5.Semiconductor Expertise: Bring deep knowledge and expertise in the semiconductor industry. Understand the unique challenges and requirements of the semiconductor sector within the SAP context. 6.Workshops and Travel: Conduct workshops to gather requirements and facilitate discussions. Be willing to travel for workshops as needed (expenses covered by the client). Qualifications: Proven experience as a Program Manager, specifically leading SAP Global Template initiatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus. Extensive experience working on a global scale, managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
