Brings thought leadership and has experience in modernizing legacy application/tools, studies current state architecture and creates target state architecture and define product tool roadmap. Conducts a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture. Evaluates project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required. Analyzes the business impact that certain technical choices may have on a clients business processes. Supervises and guides development teams. Provide technical leadership and direction to the POD team of full stack developers, front end engineers and technical writers and oversee the successful delivery of a quality end product to its end users. Experience conducting developer trainings, Continuously researches emerging technologies and proposes changes to the existing architecture. Experience building technology platforms that can scale at an enterprise level. Experience building reusable components and enabling assets as a service. Experience with full software development life cycle including design patterns, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, CI/CD, testing and operations. Experience with Java full stack development, Microservices, Containers and APIs Experience building cloud native solutions on Azure using Java, spring boot micro services. Experience designing interactive and intuitive user interfaces. Experience building integrations with various technical platforms, components, systems. Experience working with Performance and Functional test automation tools. Required Skills: 10+ Yrs of overall experience in various technologies Good hands on experience on Java, Angular UI, AI/ML technologies Good hands on experience on REST API, Spring Boot and Microservice architecture. Experience in modernizing test automation platforms and making them cloud-native, particularly leveraging Microsoft Azure Cloud. Ensure continuous integration and delivery practices align with industry best practices. Strong exposure on Agile methodology driven projects and IT solutioning Exposure on Automation and testing tools such as selenium, Cucumber frameworks and integration experience leveraging APACHE POI and other tools and technologies.
