Role: Production Support Specialist Resource Location: Remote Nationwide (EST Working Hours) Target Pay Rate: $50/ Per Hour Visa: USC, GC and GC-EAD and H4 EAD Client is looking for a Product Support/Operation Specialist in a 24/7/365 environment with a 4 week on-call rotation. This resource will provide support to their AWS Cloud Applications & Salesforce Cloud. Additional support responsibilities include Customer Service Support Tools (ServiceNow, Corporate Website, & Content Management).
