Role: ITAM Discovery integrationsLocation: Atlanta OR Alpharetta, GA(Hybrid 3 days a week onsite) Potential to convert Discovery Engineer Core responsibilities: -Analyze and evaluate discovery tooling technologies across a broad spectrum of modern hardware and software IT assets -Design and implement discovery solutions in collaboration with existing technologies used to collect technology inventories -Define monitoring and operational automation to control and manage discovery coverage, quality of discovered attributes and reconciliation of data. -Interact with stakeholders and customers to collect and analyze data and discovery requirements. -Design and implement discovery tool and data integrations with the CMDB and other related inventory/system of record in the ITAM ecosystem Qualifications (minimum) -Implementation and operations experience with modern asset specific discovery tools -Experience with modern ITAM implementations and discovery integrations -Proficiency with cloud, on prem and end user IT asset management practices and procedures -Ability to document and convey discovery analyses, network designs, maturation roadmaps and discovery data quality scorecards -Knowledge of ServiceNows CMDB discovery integrations and reconciliation engine -Experience implementing ServiceNow in complex network environments -5+ years of industry experience in a specific ITAM discovery implementations -Familiarity with SDLC, Agile and project management methodology(preferred) -Specific implementation experience with Servicenow discovery, Tanium, Flexera, SCCM, BMC ADDM, AWS Config/Trail , google and Azure APIs etc -Experience with discovery data reconciliation using Open Source agents/tools (OSQuery etc) and use of Observability, vulnerability scanning data -Datwarehousing and Datalake experience to manage, reconcile and manipulate large discovery datasets Bachelors Preferred -- Best Regards, Sai Surya Teja US IT Recruiter Humac Inc.
