Proven experience in managing complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of information security principles and practices. Experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies. Knowledge of the insurance industry and its unique security challenges. POSITION OVERVIEW The Candidate must have day-to-day responsibility and authority for overseeing and coordinating the Project, including scheduling, and presiding over meetings, providing needed information, coordinating staff, and conducting testing and acceptance of deliverables Develops and manages project plans for external and internal penetration testing projects. Oversees all aspects of penetration testing engagements, from scoping and scheduling to reporting and remediation. Coordinates with internal and external penetration testers to ensure that testing is conducted in a timely and efficient manner. Tracks and manages project budgets and timelines. Communicates project progress and findings to senior management. Prepares and presents penetration test reports to stakeholders. Identifies and prioritize vulnerabilities identified during penetration tests. Develops and implements remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities. Stays up-to-date on the latest information security threats and vulnerabilities. Works closely with the Information Security team to ensure that penetration testing results are integrated into the organization's overall security program.
