Job Title: Jira Architect Location: San Antonio, TX Duration: Contract Roles and Responsibilities: Jira Service Desk product SME, Assess current workflows and processes in existing Service Desk versioning, and performing a gap analysis of requirements needed for successful implementation of Jira Service Desk Experience in Service Now Strong work experience in VB Script, Java, JavaScript, XML, JSP, SQL, PERL, Python and should have utilized this skill set in multiple project. Knowledge of software development lifecycle; preferably with Agile Scrum Well versed with common ITSM frameworks Provide advanced support for JIRA by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc. Maintain production system reliability through utilization of Change Management process. ITSM Process experience i.e., Define and outline best practice processes for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change management, Knowledge management, Release Management, Service catalogue Catalog, Critical Incident handling, Asset Management using ITIL foundations as a framework. Excellent Verbal and written communication Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly. Required Qualification: 8-10 years of Jira Architect, Lead& development experience with Atlassian JIRA tool administration and customization.
