Durtion : 1 year (Remote) MOI : skype Start: ASAP Need 8+ years of experience Please see below the JD. We have an immediate need for a long-term Next Vue FE Engineer. Here is the profile information we're looking for: Technical skill required: Deep expertise with core Front-End technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience planning and architecting applications with Vue (Vue 2 and Vue 3 preferable) Comfortable with TypeScript Comfortable configuring, extending, and customizing Front-End tooling (e.g. Babel, Webpack or a similar build/dependency management tool) Familiarity with common UI patterns and professional experience implementing them (e.g. Responsive Design, Mobile-First, Web Page vs. Web Application, etc) Solid understanding of how the browser works and common issues across platforms Working knowledge of common accessibility concerns (advanced knowledge is a big plus) Comfortable integrating Front-End tooling with dev ops concerns (e.g. CI/CD) Comfortable with automated testing for Front-End applications (unit test, integration tests, end-to-end tests) Leadership skill needs: Leadership potential is a huge plus, but specific leadership experience is not required. Experience coaching individuals or strong coaching instincts is a big plus Comfortable collaborating on a team and able to work both in concert and independent of other developers Level of communication with Client: High, the individual will be in direct communication with the client often and must be able to clearly communicate technical concepts in a way the client understands Any specific soft skills Very strong communication and collaboration skills - must be able to act as a go-between for the Delivery team, client, and technology team. Must be able to provide coaching and support to less experienced engineers on the team. Growth mindset - an individual is actively looking to better their skills in either a targeted (e.g. specific technology/domain specific growth goals) or general (looking to become a better technologist overall) Front-End mindset - the individual should be focused on Front-End as their primary domain.
