Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in program management, specifically overseeing Dynamics 365 ERP implementations from initiation to post-implementation support. Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects, delivering them within scope, on time, and within budget. Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Experience working with diverse teams across different geographical locations. Knowledge of integration strategies with other systems and applications.
