We are currently looking for Endpoint Security Engineer. Endpoint Security Engineer Location: Fremont, CA or Portland, OR (2-3 Days/week) Duration: Long Term JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in working with state-of-the-art tools and techniques in the endpoint management arena. As part of the Global Endpoint Management & Analytics at Client, he/she will be shaping the future of Clients endpoint management processes and environment. In this role, he/she is part of a globally acting team, spread across different continents and time zones. This allows us to be close to our end-users and incorporate their feedback in our immediate activities around keeping the systems current, deploying new applications, features, and policies. The individual we are looking for is actively participating in analyzing and re-engineer existing processes, and defining new processes to enable modern, secure, and efficient endpoint management at Client. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Expert-level knowledge and experience in endpoint management, focusing on process development and management related to:Application catalogues (black-/whitelisting)Software standardizationApplication Lifecycle ManagementBasic technical knowledge and understanding of the following technologies/conceptsManagement of Windows 10 / Modern Device ManagementMEM/Intune (incl. Co-Management, Auto Pilot, Application Management, Patch Management)MECM current branch (incl. Co-Management, CMG, state-of-the-art packaging and deployment techniques)Exposure to endpoint management tools focusing on endpoint security especially black- /whitelisting capabilities, OS- and 3rd -party patchingFamiliar with analyzing technical data and preparing it for presentation to non-technical audience and cross-functional teamsBS/MS in Information Systems, or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing endpoint management and analytics solutions along with required infrastructureHands-on endpoint management and process engineering experience in large enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of the Microsoft cloud eco-system.
