The resource will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our application by collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, developers, and testers to help rebuild an existing application. Responsibilities of the Analyst/UI Designer: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing. Facilitate & document comprehensive business and technical requirements for a variety of technology platforms. Analyze business workflows and identify areas in which existing or future technology can be utilized to improve user experience and productivity. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable insights for design improvement. Requirements of the Analyst/UI Designer: 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst, UI/UX Designer, or similar position Hands on experience with application design and configuration Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Expert understanding of UI/UX principles Experience producing & managing detailed documentation including high & low level business requirements, traceability matrixes, work-flow diagrams, test cases and business use-case.
