Job Description/ Responsibilities: The Agile Coach will work closely with Distributed Platforms teams to facilitate design and adoption of agile methodologies, mindset, and practices. The coach will focus on transforming the team culture, improving collaboration, increasing transparency, and delivering value to customers and the organization through agile principles. Develop establishments of Communities of Practice (CoPs) to resolve issues in the traditional cross-functional model (ITAM, ITSM, Development [IAS], Architecture). The CoP will provide opportunities for learning and sharing best practices of the various disciplines found on the cross-functional teams. The CoP will promote continuous improvement and discuss items such as new practices, trends, or emerging tools in the discipline.
