Role: AWS Connect Solution Architect Location:Denver, CO (Onsite) Job Description:- Seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Connect Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS Connect and the ability to design, implement, and manage complex contact center solutions. They will also have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage complex contact center solutions on AWS Connect Translate business requirements into technical specifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS Connect with other AWS services and on-premises systems Troubleshoot and resolve AWS Connect issues Provide technical support to internal and external customers Stay up-to-date on the latest AWS Connect features and best practices Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing contact center solutions 5+ years of experience with AWS Connect AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional certification Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
