Client: Cardinal Health Duration: 6+month contract to hire Title: Genesys Cloud Engineer Rate: 50/hr c2c Location: Remote; Columbus, OH Visa: No H1B LinkedIn,DOB, SSN required Software Engineering is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting applications, systems and IT products required to achieve the company's business objectives. Demonstrates knowledge of software development techniques and fluency in software languages and application programming interfaces. Demonstrates general understanding of hardware/software platforms including but not limited to operating systems, databases, application servers, web servers and integration technologies. Plans and executes system implementations that ensure success and minimize risk of system outages or other negative production impacts. Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of architecture standards and database and operating systems. Demonstrates problem solving ability that allows for effective and timely resolution of system issues including but not limited to production outages. Analyzes production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance. Demonstrates knowledge of software development, life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, business/functional documents. Estimates to high level business requirements and provide options analysis. Accountabilities Responsible for the architected solution and the implementation design of Genesys Cloud Identifies engagement-related problem areas and solves the issues in a proactive manner Maintains regular internal communications with the project team and manager Responsible for call flow development in the Genesys Cloud platform / Architect Understanding of core CIC architecture, switchover processes, upgrade procedures Ability to design and implement interaction flows in Genesys Cloud Ability to design and implement customizations in Genesys Cloud + Design and build interactive, personalized, and self-service IVR's to improve member engagement and experience + Develop system integrations between Genesys Cloud and other platforms used for member and health management Qualifications + BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; or 8+ years' experience with Genesys + Certified on the Genesys Cloud system + Experience with handler development related to call handling, config automation, system integrations, etc. + Experience supporting call center operations and technology (reporting, dialers, IVR, ACD, WFM) + Knowledge of HTTP requests, REST web services, and JSON + Digital communication channels including SMS, email, webchat + Experience working within Agile/Scrum framework and other SDLC models + Workflow/process documentation with diagramming tools (Visio / Lucid) + Experience with systems integrations including Salesforce or others + Advanced data analytics a bonus, especially if strong familiarity with the PureConnect tables and historical data.
