We have urgent requirements with our client Birlasoft to the below requirement Job Title - Technical Program Manager Location - Minneapolis, MN (O n site from day 1) Duration - Long Term Contract C 2C or W2 Linkedin Mandatory Visa: With Passport number) JD - Responsibilities: Provide execution direction to the project. Facilitate team to planning the Build, tracking progress and control. Change control management. Status reporting to PM / SPOC/Leadership teams Monitor project status and health. Issues management, Risk identification and mitigation Responsible for mentoring the development team on best practices, tool usage etc. Ensuring that best practices, and rules are enacted and enforced. Identifies and removes any obstacles that are keeping the development team from completing the build. Liaison with Engagement Lead, PM / SPOC for any queries /updates Must possess good client-facing experience with the ability to facilitate requirements sessions and lead teams. Support internal presentations to Client and business teams. Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives Coordinating cross-project activities Provide guidance, mentoring and best practices. Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Jira, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage. Outstanding leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving ability Handing hiring.
