Working knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improves software Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals Unix (prefer Redhat Linux), Oracle, Java knowledge at intermediate to advanced level Able to work on issues independently and communicate to management and required stakeholders, both internal and external Able to write and analyze complex SQL queries and script in various languages such as Python, Bash, Perl, Ksh Exposure to newer technologies such as Kafka, Micro services, Cassandra is preferred Exposure to Job Monitoring/Scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys preferred Monitoring tool familiarity such as: Geneos, Splunk, Grafana, App Dynamics, and/or Dynatrace preferred Experience with DevOps tools, AWS or other Cloud technologies is preferred Sound knowledge of the ITIL or Incident, Problem and Change management for Production support Understanding of data security and controls Financial services industry/ tech experience is a plus Rgds.
