Responsible for both leading POD for Client Implementation / New client Onboarding and also providing subject matter expertise for Healthcare Payer Domain 10-12 years of experience in leading & managing Agile execution Teams in Healthcare Payer domain Possess good knowledge of Payer value chain business process, with preferable experience on / working knowledge of on-boarding new clients for Intermediary/TPA, POD lead o Must have experience in driving PoD teams, Agile teams o Monitor performance, identify improvement areas, implement action plans and track them to closure o Understanding of industry standard tools, workflows, and policies for Agile / Scrum based execution o Lead daily scrum calls and ensure PoD team delivers as per the agreed upon timelines Business Analysis o Review and analyse business requirements and develop/ create / maintain Use Cases, product / business requirements in any agile tool o Provide functional guidance for design and validation and have traceability from use-case design to implementations o Create and document requirements, process flows, functional and technical specifications.
