Demonstrating proficiency in Change Management, Incident Management processes, and User access management, including UARs. Conducting BCP tests to ensure application resiliency. Participating in capacity management and forecasting. Investigating the root cause of issues/problems, collaborating with various technology teams, and leading them to proper resolution. Identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and implementing them. Managing ad hoc tasks related to increasing risk and compliance, ensuring timely closure. Having basic experience with AWS is a plus. Working with PostgreSQL databases, performing performance tuning analysis as required. Exposure to Axiom or similar Regulatory Reporting software is an added advantage. Interacting with various stakeholders and global teams to provide support as needed, requiring strong business communication skills. Adhering to shift and on-call roster. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum qualifications: BE/B Tech/MCA Preferred qualifications: Good understanding of Axiom taxonomy modules. Exposure to Axiom v10. Ability to create technical solution designs and document technical specifications (Axiom shorthand) based on detailed business requirements. Capability to support and manage end-to-end development and delivery of Axiom reporting modules. Experience in the IT industry dealing with Regulatory Reporting systems or applications. Experience as a DevOps engineer or in application/production support. Effective communication, relationship, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
